General terms and conditions
Basic agreements for quotes, assignments and digital services.
1. Identity and application
These conditions apply to requests, quotations and orders from Leadexpert BV, Luxemburgstraat 20, 9140 Temse, Belgium, VAT BE1032099301, trading under the name My Lead Project.
2. Quotations and assignment
A quotation is based on the available information and only becomes binding after written or electronic acceptance. The agreement determines scope, planning, price, responsibilities and any rights of use.
3. Cooperation
The customer provides accurate information, feedback, access and materials required for implementation in a timely manner. Delays or additional work due to missing input may have consequences according to the agreement.
4. Implementation and external factors
We carry out services carefully. Results can partly depend on market, budget, competition, content, technical starting situation, customer follow-up and external platforms. No unproven result is guaranteed.
5. Invoicing and payment
Invoicing, payment terms and consequences of late payment follow the accepted quotation, agreement and applicable Belgian law.
6. Intellectual Property
Concepts, designs, texts, code and methods remain protected. Transfer or license only follows from the written agreement and after compliance with the agreed conditions.
7. Liability and force majeure
Liability and exclusions are applied within the limits of mandatory law and the agreement. No provision excludes liability where prohibited by law.
8. Termination, Law and Disputes
Termination, remaining performance and costs follow the agreement. Belgian law applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Parties first try to resolve disputes reasonably.
